Good/Average - Clean, saleable condiiton, Lights working, Solid Carpeted bunks, no rollers missing. Winch rust free. Winch cable rust free or winch strap uncut or frayed. Fair - Areas worn and faded even after cleanup. Rust spots evident. Mechanically sound but on the downside of life expectancy. Rough - Trailer needs brake repair and significant service performed.
